Day 1.
Nairobi
Arrive Nairobi airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon relaxation then
at the hotel with optional swimming and stroll at hotel compound. Evening
briefing to students about the safari then depart for dinner at one of
the restaurants in Nairobi. Overnight at Methodist Guest housel.
Day 2. Nakuru
After breakfast drive to Nakuru with a stop over at The Great Rift Valley
view point. Arrive at Nakuru in time for lunch. After Lunch afternoon
Swimming or relax and evening game drive to this shallow alkaline lake
in the Rift Valley, renowned for its spectacular flamingo population as
one of the world's greatest ornithological spectacles. Although Lake Nakuru
is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals
to be encountered, such as many large game animals such as zebras, elephants
and gazelles, this is one of our best chances of seeing rhinos. Lake Nakuru
National Park was the first place in Kenya selected as a rhino reserve.
Students will be told about the Rift Valley lakes, birds and the Rhino
Sanctuary. Here is one of the few places where we can see Rothschild's
giraffes. Overnight at Lake Nakuru hotel or similar Lake Nakuru is in
the national park where there is 24 hour security
Day 3;.Lake
Bogoria
After a Morning early game drive get back to hotel for breakfast then
depart for to Lake Bogoria. Arriving in Time for Lunch. After Lunch drive
to Lake Bogoria Park for with the spectacular scenery of stunning bird
life, hippos and crocodiles. There is considerable geothermal activity
with hot springs and geysers around the shoreline of Lake Bogoria. Occasionally,
huge numbers of flamingos come to feed here, adding to the already famous
bird life in the area, also a very good chance of photographing the unusually
tame greater kudu. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Bogoria Lodge.
Day 4:
Bogoria-Naivasha:
After Breakfast Watch a Movie "GATES
OF HELL". This movie is in relation to Lake Bogoria
Ecosystem and biodiversity within the park…Up date Class Sessions then
Swimming at Spa pool (Natural Warm water through out day and night).After
Lunch Depart for Naivasha and Overnight at Lake Naivasha hotel or similar
Day 5:Hells
Gate and Elsmere Field centre
After enroute morning game drive at lake Nakuru park drive to Naivasha
Country club. Arriving at Lunch Time. After Lunch Drive to Hells gate
park, the only walking park in Kenya, with great and diversified flora
and fauna, hot springs and gorges and the amazing Fischer's
tower. Lunch at Lake Naivasha county Club. Afternoon to Elsmere,
Former home of the late Joy Adamson and his husband who became world famous
for their pioneering conservation and relationship with the lioness Elsa
as seen in the film" BORN FREE". A visit reveals many of Joy's
paintings, which still decorate the house. A guided tour and film are
shown Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club..
Day 6.Longonot
climb.+ Boat Ride
Leave for 4 hours Mt Longonot hike through the Great Rift Valley
with
learning in hiking skills, volcanically activities of the amazing active
mountain. At the top it rewards with Great Sceneries of lake Naivasha
and elementaita .return to Lake Naivasha Lodge for Lunch. Afternoon Swimming
and Boat Riding at lake Naivasha to see crescent Island and Hippo Family.
Update class sessions with students. Dinner and Overnight at lake Naivasha

Day 7:Crater
lake Sanctuary - Nairobi
After Breakfast depart for Crater Lake which offers an evocative step
back in time - to a bygone era of elegance and romance, in a wilderness
untouched by the modern world with a private game sanctuary at a homely
environment. Crater Lake offers classic escapes including painting,astrology,
as well as ornithological outings to what must be one of the most Beautiful
small lakes in creation with a walk on the lake ,among rich bird life
, animals and relaxation in the terrace. A guided tour to the sanctuary
is offered . .
Transfer to Nairobi WITH STOP OVER and detailed information of the Great
Rift Valley, arriving at Lunch time.Afternoon swimming and Visit to National

Day 7:
Nairobi Sheldricks orhpahage + Girrafe center +Butterfly center
After Breakfast Morning visit to
Sheldricks orhpahage(11-12pm) for baby elephants later visit the African
butterfly center where rearing from maggots to fully grown insects is
a process of interest a with emtrance tro Green house to see most world
butteflies.Lunch at Karen restaurant with final class update in a quiet
environment.After lunch depart for giraffe center to feed giraffes and
and environmental talk about conservation.Evening Shopping and later go
for a dinner
Day 8.National
Museum+Shopping+outbound flight
After breakfast Leave for National museums and snake park where students
se more of Kenya s past, bird species ,marine life and evolution of mankind.
After early lunch and final session of notes comparing with students and
teachers about the tour then depart for airport for outbound flight with
more memories and educational material to take back home..

Day 1. Nairobi
city tour with familiarization of its rich history, culture and art. Visit

day visit the Elsmere field study center home of Joy Adamson and watch
a movie of born free with a cup of coffee. Activities include bird watching,
boating, fishing and a guided tour to the center.
Day 4. Morning
visit to a flower farm and afternoon to Crater lake game sanctuary where
you walk on the lake ,among rich bird life , animals and relaxation in
the terrace. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha.
Day 5.Early
morning leave for L. Nakuru national park and see the ornithological paradise
and the rare white rhino. After lunch afternoon is spent on the legendary
Menegai crater view. Dinner and overnight at Nakuru.
Day 6. Leave
for Lake Elementaita for a walk around the lake, breathtaking views and
nature walk arriving in Nairobi on late afternoon. Dinner and overnight
at Nairobi hotel.
Day 7. A visit
to Sheldricks orhpahage where baby elephants are taken care of after lunch
visit a children's home who are born HIV where you can feed ,play, carry
the babies. You can carry with you any kind of donation to give. Dinner

Day 8.Visit
the African butterfly center where rearing from maggots to fully grown
insects is a process of interest and later to an Ostrich farm where you
learn the rearing, products and later for an ostrich fillet and ostrich

Day 9.Leave Nairobi for the soda L.Magadi .Dinner and entertainment
at carnivore. overnight at Nairobi hotel.

DAY 2: NAIROBI / MASAI MARA
Drive in morning takes you to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the northern
part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya's most favored game-viewing areas.
The reserve covers 700 square miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the
Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands
studded with hazy hills. Afternoon game drive to see the sundowner as
hoping to see Lions in large prides, Elephants, buffalos, zebras and numerous
plain animals.Lunch at Narok town. Dinner and overnight at the Mara hippo
lodge or similar
DAY 3: MASAI MARA
Full day at the Mara with a with a game drive from Sunrise and sundowner
greatest moments for game viewing in these mystic plains, a time where
the soft red hues of the sun will give your photographs the clarity of
the actual African savannah. Morning game viewing with a long drive to
the Mara river where you will be able to view Hippos and Crocodiles.(return
to lodge for lunch since children get hungry early) After lunch at the
lodge, take an afternoon drive in the Masai Hills with optional activities
for a dawn nature walk safari to experience the awakening of Africa in
Masai land. Also optional is swimming at the lodge and playing.Children
can bring own playing balls and games since mara hippo has a grass area
children can have fun. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.A samm session
with children to gather what they have learnt will be arraged. A masai
culture lecture and dance to be shown during the dinner.
DAY 4: MASAI MARA -NAIVASHA
A last game run in the picturesque Maasai Mara in the morning through
the Rift Valley drive to Lake NaIvasha hotel. Afternoon boat ride to crater
island where children will walk on foot bbeside wild animals (harmless)
accompanied by ranger.Crater island is in the middle of lake Naivasha
and offers a lot to be learnt.Dinner and overnight at the Naivasha hotel.
Day 5:Hells Gate and Elsmere Field center
After breakfast leave for
Hells gate park, the only walking park in Kenya, with great and diversified
flora and fauna, hot springs and gorges and the amazing Fischer's tower.
Brief lecture of geological formations will be given at the park.Lunch
at Lake Naivasha county Club. Afternoon to Elsmere, Former home of the
late Joy Adamson and his husband who became world famous for their pioneering
conservation and relationship with the lioness Elsa as seen in the film"
BORN FREE". A visit reveals many of Joy's paintings, which still
decorate the house. A guided tour and film are shown Dinner and overnight
at Lake Naivasha Country Club.
Day 6: NAIVASHA-BARINGO
After breakfast drive to
Baringo arriving in time for lunch.. After Lunch drive to Lake Bogoria
Park for with the spectacular scenery of stunning bird life, hippos and
crocodiles. There is considerable geothermal activity with hot springs
and geysers around the shoreline of Lake Bogoria. Occasionally, huge numbers
of flamingos come to feed here, adding to the already famous bird life
in the area, Students will learn about hot springs and geological formations
and formation of rift valley. Return to hotel for lunch .After lunch children
have optional activities of playing,(they can bring balls etc or swimming
at the natural heated pool at the hotel. Evening comparing notes of the
safari at the conference room. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Bogoria hotel.
DAY 7: BARINGO / NAKURU
After Breakfast Watch a Movie "GATES OF HELL". This movie is
in relation to Lake Bogoria Ecosystem and biodiversity within the park…Up
date Class Sessions then Swimming at Spa pool (Natural Warm water through
out day and night).After Lunch Depart for Nakuru for dinner and overnight
at Lake Nakuru lodge or similar Lake Nakuru is in the national park where
there is 24 hour security. Evening entertainment of Kenya music and games
will be arranged for the children.
Day 8 .Nakuru/Nairobi
After breakfast we have tour to this lake that offers one of the world's
most spectacular wildlife sights, a brilliant pink flamingoes as far as
the eye can see. When conditions are right, between one and two million
lesser and greater flamingos feed around the shores of the shallow soda
lake, together with tens of thousands of other birds.
The best place to view the birds is from Baboon Cliff where you will have
a picnic lunch Looking out over the dazzling fringe of pink around the
lake's shores. Here you will also see warthog, waterbuck and large numbers
of impala. Other slightly shyer residents include buffalo, Rothschild
giraffe, eland, lion, leopard and black rhino. It goes without saying
that this is a bird watchers paradise. After game drive check out of hotel
and take early lunch and leave for Nairobi airport for outbound flight.

orphanage where you have the opportunity to see the feeding and care of
baby elephants which are either orphaned or abandoned. After lunch drive
to Butterfly Center where you will be taken to a guided tour to see butterfly
rearing and different species of butterfly. A visit to Girrafe center
where you have an opportunity to feed the giraffes from your own hands
and later the Karen Blixen museum to learn about the achievements of Karen
who lived for a short while in Kenya. Beakfast, Lunch & Dinner

DAY 2. Nairobi
and its Suburbs
Visit one local university/college. Sit in classes, meet and get to know
some Kenyan college students. A visit to a little village outside Nairobi
or Visit the Nyumbani children's home for the orphaned and the Sick. Breakfast,
Lunch, Dinner at a Nairobi hotel.
Day 3:.Lake Magadi
Lake Magadi is located in the southern Kenya. This 104 sq km soda lake
is completely surrounded by vast natural salt flats. These sweltering
hot plains prevent animals from reaching the alkaline lake at its center.
For this reason, thousands of flamingo descend on the lake each year to
nest on elevated mud mounds at the lake's edge safe from any potential
predators. Freshwater springs at the Lake's shore attract a host of other
birds.
A journey to Magadi is like to enter another world. The baking salt plains
stretch into horizons of shimmering heat haze, while the shallow lake
heaves with the pink waves of nesting flamingo. The other worldly atmosphere
is compounded by the intense heat and the isolation. A guided tour to
Magadi Soda company one of the largest producer of Soda Ash in Africa
is also conducted. ( Packed Lunch is served ). Drive back to Nairobi .Dinner
and overnight at a Naiobi hotel.
Day 4. Ostrich
Farm Kitengela.
A visit to Ostrich farm with a guided tour to the farm enables you to
learn about Ostrich rearing from an egg to a fully grown Ostrich. Ostrich
products are available for sale.
A complimentary ostrich feather and sample of ostrich fillet are some
of the most interesting things worth the visit but much fun to a bam booed
swimming pool and ostrich racecourse. Dinner and overnight at Nairobi
hotel.
DAY 5.Naromoru -Mau Mau
caves, Abantu Lodge,Kikuyu Culture
After breakfast we pass through coffee and pineapple plantations to the
slopes of Mt. Kenya arriving at Lunchtime. Afternoon walk to exciting
village tours, bird watching, forest studies, Kikuyu cultural folklore
and close walk to Mau Mau historic caves, that help you visualize the
struggle our freedom fighters went through. Dinner and overnight at the
Abantu Lodge.
DAY 6 .Nanyuki-Sweet Waters
-Baboon Sanctuary
After breakfast, pass the Equator where a proof demonstration of zero
degrees latitude is performed and head to Sweetwater's Wildlife Sanctuary
a beautiful private game reserve and home to rare species such as besia
oryx, reticulated giraffe and black rhino. This very special 23,000 acre
wildlife sanctuary was originally established to protect and breed highly-endangered
Black Rhinos. In 1994 the Jane Goodall Institute established the Sweetwater's
Chimpanzee Sanctuary within the game reserve and moved a large group of
chimps here from the unstable situation in their native West Africa. A
game drive reveals the full range of African wildlife including lion,
leopard, cheetah, elephant and hippo. Visit up close with the wildlife
orphanage and observe chimps at this Sanctuary. Late afternoon depart
for Nakuru via Thompson's falls the beatifull waterfall and head to Nakuru
arriving late in Evening. Overnight at Nakuru Hotel.
DAY 7.Baringo/Bogoria
Day Trip
Take a day trip to both Lakes Baringo and Bogoria. You will have a one-hour
boat ride with the spectacular scenery of stunning bird life, hippos and
crocodiles. There is considerable geothermal activity with hot springs
and geysers around the shoreline of Lake Bogoria. Occasionally, huge numbers
of flamingos come to feed here, adding to the already famous bird life

DAY 8 .Nakuru-Park

world's most spectacular wildlife sights, a brilliant pink flamingoes

DAY 10.Hells Gate-Full Day
Activities-Walks, Rock Climbing
This excursion offers a stunning variety of wildlife including Cheetah,
Giraffe, Hyena, Buffalo, Jackal, Eland, Zebra, Topi, Hartebeests, Impala,
Gazelle and much more. The bird life too is prolific. The Trail starts
at Fishers Tower, the entranceway to Ol Njorowa Gorge. The backdrop to
this tower is the dramatic cliff of columnar basalt, which forms the walls
of the Gorge. This one-day trail follows the floor of the gorge, the walls
climbing steeply on both sides. This two-hour walk through the gorges
is fascinating where you wash your hands under a small waterfall to and
sometimes you find the water too hot to handle. Its very soft, soapy feel
to it and a rather unpleasant Sulphury smell. In the middle of the Park,
near the entrance to the gorges, is the large volcanic plug called the
Central Tower? It is permissible to climb this Tower if you are an accomplished
climber and accompanied by our guide. Fischer's Tower a volcanic plug
similar to the Central Tower is 25 meters high and named after a German
explorer. Much fun in the wild. This is the only park in Kenya you can
walk or cycle. A tour to Olkaria Geothermal power station will be conducted.
Dinner at Naivasha lodge.
DAY 11.Naivasha
Farms-Horticuluture Farms
A full day to the flower farms which are in the area with huge glasshouses
stretch over many kilometres supply all of Europe with flowers and fresh
vegetable, which are airlifted from Nairobi. A guided tour to the farms
will be conducted. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Lodge.
Day 12 Naivasha-Masai Mara
After breakfast drive to Masai Mara where the largest concentration of
animals is found. Masai Mara the vast, open grasslands of the Serengeti-Mara
are home to over 3million large mammals. An afternoon game drive in the
Masai Mara you have a very good chance of seeing all the major Plains
animals including lion,leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, hyena, cheetah,
jackal, warthog and many species of antelopes. Overnight at the camp.
Day 13 MASAI MARA/Full Day
Full day game viewing in this game reserve which offers virtually every
type of wildlife to be found in Kenya with a game drive to the Mara River
to observe hippos, crocodiles and other plain games including the black
maned Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Elephants and many other herds. Picnic lunch
across tree studded grasslands and rolling hills. Dinner and overnight
at the camp.
Day 14 MASAI MARA WALK
Early morning wildlife observations. Go on a walk into the Ngama Hills
accompanied by armed rangers and Warden. After lunch at the camp, drive
to a Manyatta. Spend the afternoon at the Manyatta where you learn about
various Maasai cultural activities such as dances, weaponry, and also
listen to stories on the family set-up, social stratification and taboos
told by the locals. . Overnight at the camp.
Day 14. Masai Mara-Nairobi
After breakfast, leave camp for the last game drive on your return journey
to Nairobi. Picnic lunch enroute and arrive Nairobi in the afternoon or
early evening. Dinner and overnight at a Nairobi Hotel.
Day 15:Narobi
Nairobi Shopping and relax. Dinner or Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant.
Transfer for you flight back home or safari extension to Kenya's coast.
